VERY SOOTHING! I was advised to get a massage gun post-total hip surgery. This attachment along with ice compression has really helped with swelling and soreness! Highly Recommend!

Great Add On The Therabody ProPlus comes with a Heat massage attachment. You can add the Cold attachment, but when attaching it it apparently only gets Cold, no massage setting appears on the LED when it's attached. Documentation could better explain that.

Nice to have This one is a nice to have. It’s not as essential as the other ones (percussion). Useful if you do not have ice.

Does not stay cold I bought this attachment in hopes of combatting inflammation but this attachment was horrible. It does not have the ability to stay cold because it uses power and fans to try and cool the attachment. Instead all it does is cause heat
