New for me I’m actually undecided about these earbuds. However it’s nothing to do with quality or service or sound quality. It’s to do with my personal opinion and my history with earphones/bud. I’ve always used noise cancelling ones and these ones are not. The quality of the charging case and the...

Love the way they attach to ear. Love them, but at times they feel like they are falling off my ear. Otherwise this would be a 5 star review.

Purchased for my son who lives and works in NYC. The only complaint he has is the connectivity while traveling in the city.

Great sound quality Great sound quality. Love that the earbuds hook around my ear, feels much more secure. The open concept makes it easier to be aware of your surroundings which is surprisingly nice. Overall, so happy I switched from this style from my AirPods.

Love them!! I love these open earbuds. I can still hear what’s going on and the sound is amazing. They are very comfortable too. Listening to my first audiobook with them. Definitely recommend. Love my Bose products!!

Typical great Bose sound but does not fit These earbuds are high quality with great sound. I received them within a few days! I've had them a week now. My concern is the fit of the ear piece. Also of concern is the lack of sound isolation; maybe I'm just use to the sport buds or over ear head phon...

Bose folks tried and failed If the speakers don't fit in my ear correctly that's a big problem! Not sure about sound quality, volume level or noice canceling because I can't adjust them to fit in my ear.I will return here shortly for the ear buds

Great fit I bought these for my wife because she struggles trying to find headphones for her small ears. I own a pair and she tried mine on a run and was very impressed. Got them on sale so I was nearly as happy as she was
