Not worth the cost There is an update that need to downloaded for the dongle and it refuses to complete the update. The headset does not always stay connected, and the microphone sometimes cuts out on call. I thought I was buying top of the line, but these are not really better than the cheap set ...

Good but the dongle broke the first week I've been using it without the dongle just using Bluetooth. But besides that, it's good for calls. Nobody complains about the mic because it's what I wanted it for. If there was one issue, it's just that whenever I use it for my computer using Bluetooth, th...

Used to be perfect, now I have to plug in a USB-C The magnet charger was beautiful. The USB-C charger is clunky. If you must bend to those that can't bring a unique charger for it, make both models.

Too large I really like the concept of these but the unit is too large. I didn't know and wasn't given the option of getting a smaller set.

I have used Shokz headphones I have used Shokz headphones for work and leisure for at least 6 years. I highly recommend them. They are functional, easy to use and sound great.
