a fine little drive I bought this to replace my time capsule. I liked that it has a tUSB-C connector that works with my Mac without an adaptor. I like it so much I bought a second to use as backup for an older external drive. In that instance, I liked that it also comes with an adaptor for USB-A

Dependable product The drive does not contain software that would assist me to backup my desktop. I had older models that did have software included.

Awful Company and product hard to use not easy to use and the support are useless. Treid to get help from the helpdesk and filled in the form. No one responded even when I chased three times. Seems WD dont care about customers. Ive returned the product for a refund
