Great sound quality with music and audiobooks but Trying to carry on a phone conversation isn't great. The person on the other end says they can't hear me. Also when trying to use the microphone speak function on the iPhone to dictate texts and such doesn't work well. It only seems to pick up bits...

Unsure The band that wraps around the ear is loose so the part that is supposed to lay on the ear lobe won’t stay so I can’t hear anything. I have to continue to push the ear piece up in place. Skeptical I have owned more than 20 items by Shokz and AfterShokz. These Dots have been the intersting change ups. They are comfortable. They have great volume. I am very pleased with them although I was skeptical. I will be ordering more. Thank you for keeping up the great work you all do.

Piercings The sound and quality are fantastic! However, take into consideration any ear piercings/jewelry that may share space with your Shokz. Other than that one very minor annoyance, these are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Good headphones with minor issues I love these things, use them for every run and I enjoy it. They are easy to pair and don’t move too much even when I’m sweaty. The sound is better than past versions of Shokz I’ve used. Two things I wish I could fix, one is they disconnect from my iPhone occasion...

Nice headphones! Still have not read the directions but they stay in my seemingly extra small ears and people can hear me on the phone. All of that is better than what I have had in the past! Still pretty expensive and I am worried I will lose them.

Great Sound I only took away one star because these ear buds does not let you know who's calling or texting. You still have to look at your phone before you answer it. Had I known this, it would've swayed my decision. Other than that they sound great!

under delivering I bought these to wear while I run and bike. I think the sound quality is good and they are very comfortable to wear. Unfortunately there is some issue with the bluletooth connection so they keep disconnecting and reconnecting to my phone at random times totally disrupting the lis...

charging issue I love the comfort and the sound but a few times only one seems to charge. I guess they need to be seated properly in the case? seems weird and kind of dissappointing.

Great sound ,bad device control The sound is fantastic. That's the good point. The bad is there wad no ability to control volume level, pause, switch. . . any manual controls failed They were warranties out I'm still waiting for the replacements

Comfortable but hard to control The sound is okay. I appreciate the comfort and lack of stuff in my ear canal. The start/stop controls are odd - laggy to respond - one side never seems to recognize double tap, even though i have them set to the same thing. The volume is kind of low.
