Doesn't print It worked great at first. Now it won't print work in queue. It does still print the setup page then blanks.

It’s not the copier… The HP copier works just fine. In fact, I have no clue complaints. The ink however, is a different story. It’s way to expensive.

waste of money The bluetooth never works, even when hooking up with a cable it is very difficult to get it to work.

UNUSABLE PRINTER This printer has been a waste. It was gifted to me brand new from my wedding registry and it has not worked. Every time I try to connect to HP+ (which comes across as optional even though it is not) I get an error 500 code and it will not connect no matter what I try.

Drops connectivity and requires a subscription Difficult to maintain connectivity. Still haven't managed to get it to work without a subscription. Very frustrating and would not purchase again.

it works it works. basic to photo paper works. i dont have to feed anything over basic by hand like i had to do with the last printer i had. which this printer replaced.. so thank you.. reason i keep buying Hp products..

You get what you pay for The print and colour are excellent. When it prints. Time and time again, the first page prints only the first few inches then it feeds out.
