Very impressed Easy to set up wih clear instructions. What impresses me the most, is how clean and defined the printing is. I purchased it for personal use, so it is probably a bit of a luxury, but I wanted double sided and colour printing. This printer has exceeded my expectations so far.

Fantastic wireless printer It’s been so easy to set up and use. People bring from any room in the house has been a game changer. The first few days, it kept jamming after a few pages but that all sorted itself out, with no problems in months.

keeps on disconnecting from the internet The unit keeps on disconnecting from the internet it’s my 6 times to unplug and plug it back in since I bought the printer the printer is working now but when it’s not working you can see the light on top of the printer.

It's a decent printer I like the printer and it prints good. The only problem I have had as it locks up after setting for a day I go to try to print it looks like it goes in an error mode. I have to manually unplug it and plug it back in to get it working again

absolute garbage my last hp anything..thing is a complete failure and the techs cant figure out the problem have 2 of them and they both wont print except from the computer..hp would not replace with the newer model ..after 20 years with hp im done..

HP Smart Tank Printer The best printer I have ever had. I am really impressed with how long the tanks last as well as the print quality. Most certinly a big saving in the inks compared to cartridges.

Hard to set up. Freezes when photocopying. When I first set it up I had to reinstall the printer for each account on the computer. Expecting more than it offers I had an 8620 since 2015 and it was amazing. It stopped working and I did not want to spend a lot of money on a replacement but feel like this is a huge stepdown from my 8620. My fault.
