Effective and easy to use I was able to identify the cause of my issue (hip pain) quickly through using the mini. Strengthening work then addressed the problem. I used the mini to ease muscles during my recent ski trip and found it immensely helpful.

Best of the best Purchased both a Thera body mini and a wave roller and could not be happier with either, had a similar mini massage gun and was ok but the Thera body mini is definitely a premium product, more compact and its little pouch is a great carry option for the gym or travel.
