Clean printing simple to use The pages look great. Tons of ink so we aren’t constantly purchasing cartridges. The ink system has an easy, no mess process to fill tanks. So much easier than I thought. Internet connection, downloading the app, managing preferences; all simple tasks.

Setting up the printer for a non technical person was not good. Still having problems printing. The inkin bottles is great, no written manual on how to set up the printer is terrible. Still can’t print without problems!

Dissatisfaction Does not stay connected to the WiFi . I have to disconnect and reconnect the router and printer each time . Very inconvenient .

Easy setup I was a little overwhelmed but as I started set my printer up it was very easy. Thank you HP for never disappointing.

It takes a few times for it to actually turn on I should be able to just double click to turn it on not click it 5 times for it to turn on.

Bcsports It was a nice looking printer. But it wasn’t compatible with my new HP computer. It was compatible with my iPad. It should have been the other way. I sent it back to HP.

Easy setup fits my beeds I use this for small printing and scanning jobs. Got tired of spending more money on ink refills than the printer itself. So far so good

Very difficult to connect HP laptop to wifi print I hate this printer. Not user friendly AT ALL. Wifi printing is a nightmare. Linking to the same brand HP laptop is VERY difficult. What happened to the days of plug-in play. Just awful. Never again.

Quiet and easy to use This printer was so incredibly easy to install, easy to use, makes beautiful crisp copies. I would have given it five stars, except it’s incredibly slow to print. Easy to use. It connects to my home network easily. Makes great copies I ruined one of then installable print heads. I ruined what I thought was tape. It was the electrical contacts on the print head. I thought the instructions could have been better.

Love this printer Theis the best printer I have ever had! The refillable ink is a huge plus. I also like that I can send my print jobs wirelessly.
