Wrong Screen Protector I received (mistakenly ordered?) a self-installed screen protector instead of the machine installed unit. Apple Store would not install it. I need the machine installed protector and trying to return, but navigating your website is very difficult and it takes forever to talk...

Guarantee a bit odd It cracked unfortunately and eventhough its still under guarantee, the website says its sold out so they cant replace it. No further explanation so I dont know what to expect. Assuming its for iPhone 15, im not getting a new one produced so.... that guarantee didnt work now did...

Too fragile With 48 hours my UltraGlass 2 Screen Protector had a hole in it, despite the fact that I was quite careful about putting my phone away. Didn’t drop it or anything like that. Weak.

Paid a lot, expected better... This was installed by Apple at the store, and it cracked all the way across the screen within the first week. The phone was not dropped, and so this was totally unexpected.
