I recently purchased a new Philips shaver, and unf I recently purchased a new Philips shaver, and unfortunately, it literally rubs the skin like sandpaper while shaving.

The shaver or the app is not very good. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the shaver for less than 4 months. The manual says the shaving heads should be replaced every 3 years. I am using their app for shaving performance and it is currently telling me I have only 16%...
