Initial images are very encouraging This has been used for food photography and all images look sharp. Focus quick. The best bit is the compact size

Compact, relatively fast, and sharp Great combination lens - macro, short tele, portraiture. And nice and light too. Images appear very sharp so far.

Smallest, Lightest and fastest macro lens This is by far the smallest and lightest and fastest focusing macro lens I have ever used. I am moving from Sony and used to the long and very slow and somewhat unreliable AF 90mm G lens with mechanical manual focusing. Changing to the Panasonic 100mm macr...

Perfectly sized macro lens It is my first ever macro lens. I am amazed how well it fits size wise rest of my Lumix S lenses. Sharpness, portability, reliable autofocus are main strengths.

Versatile Compact Macro Lens This macro lens is a marvel of optical design. It renders stunning image quality but compared to the competition it is compact and lightweight. Build quality is the same as my other Lumix S lenses, that is to say excellent. Versatile lens which I use for portraits and...

Fabulous lens Brought this lens on a whim but so glad I did. This now sits in my bag as it's great on woodland and the macro capabilities on mushrooms and flowers. Can't wait for spring!

Excellent addition to the S prime line-up I purchased this lens as soon as it came out and it's nothing short of extraordinary. It combines macro capabilities with exceptional image quality. The bokeh is very pleasing and I just can't get over how small it is. Earnt its place in my bag.

Sharp and detailed! It's my first macro lens and it's fantastic. Lots of detail and fast AF (though I tend to MF more for it).

Bin begeistert! Bei dem Objektiv hat Panasonic alles richtig gemacht. So kompakt und leicht, schneller und sehr leiser AF, super Performance - schon bei Offenblende scharf bis an die Ränder! Ich bin begeistert von diesem Winzling.

An excellent compact, light, versatile macro! Impressed with how light this macro is and a welcome addition to the L-Mount family. Not just for macro either, I have had some lovely portraits and landscape frames out of this lens which means it's now always in my bag. Quick to focus too from close ...

Excellent macro lens with super light weight I brought the Lumix S 100mm f2.8 Macro lens a few weeks ago directly through the Panasonic online store. The lens arrived promptly and the ordering process is easy. As for the lens, it is a little wonder of how Panasonic is able to pack such great o...
