My favorite accessory ! Like in the title, I think this thing is awesome! I love that it is a really short (hence it’s name) accessory, so that you can just slip it in your pocket and then just screw on when you want to shoot and extend if needed. I also love the tripod part of it, so if you want ...

Perfect for goalkeeping videos My son is a goalkeeper and sets up the stand/go pro in the corner of the goal to record videos. Happy with the length it extends to and also collapses away neatly. Only concern is the tripod stands could break easily if hit with the ball at speed.

The shorty tripod The tripod does not work with the hero 13. The fingers on the tripod are too small so you to force it into the cameras fingers. It also is too short. The tripod falls over, especially if the GoPro is pointing all the way up to the sky for star trails or there is any wind.

Good size and function, I'd just like a bit higher quality The compact size, great stubby screw, and useful extension are awesome! It fails when it comes to quality for me though. It just feels cheap. I would also really like to see a spot to attach a wrist strap... I know some people will really ...

Great until it fails to support itself Great little tripod but very quickly loses its friction to support a gopro when fully extended. The dmtripod then slides back down from its highest position.

From the dinosaur age to Gopro 11 Head to Europe this year decided to GoPro the travels. Was once a Sky Diver and Rigger many years ago using SLR cameras mounted on helmets and fairly, no large video cameras, the introduction to the GoPro 11 has definitely brought me into the future. Here’s hoping...

Great Video, Minor Tech Issues Video and photo quality is outstanding. About every 5th or 6th time you turn on the gopro hero 9, the screen doesn't come on requiring me to remove the battery and re insert it. Pulling the battery out fixes the issue but it's very frustrating.

Great shot, but still some pbm with the battery Sometimes the camera got stuck and you can't do anything. You are forced to take the battery out

Practicality +++ It works great, light weight and heavy friction on the extention joints. The reason I gave it a 3 star is because of the grip/tripod that feels really flimsy and cheap its also a smooth finish thats slippery when wet or sweaty with for an action camera is not ideal hopefully they'...

Unusable with the skeleton mounts for the Hero 5 and 6 Tried to use it but it's unusable with the skeleton mounts for the Hero 5 and 6. The mount is similar to the Fusion Grip and that grip has no problems. Fits perfect like all GoPro products but the Shorty really has a design flaw or production ...

The perfect mini on-the-go tripod Love this little guy. Can pop him up anywhere on the go and always remains on my desk for quick grab moments.

Not right fit for Hero 10 I got this as part of the Travel kit. Have to use a bit of force to slide the hero 10 unit onto the stick. The fit is too tight that it feels like it might break if not done carefully. Not like the other attachments that slide in place easily.

Perfect Shorty The shorty's a mini pole. Who can do a great job. And in some situations it's neither too small nor too big.

Perfect size but too light The camera is heavier than the tripod and when windy it falls. Maybe if the opening of the legs would be closer to the ground it would be more stable. A bit too expensive for what it is.
