Excellent I have purchased two of the hand held and the complete kit and they do what they are supposed to with ease. I see the odd complaint about shipping and these reviews are supposed to be about the product and if there is a problem with the product the manufacturer can address the problem...

Happy with this blender Never had one before I bought this one. It seems very well made, it works well, I find it's relatively quiet and it's easy to clean because it separates in 2. Great quality.
